S&T layoffs inbound?

I left earlier in the year so I'm not privy to all the internal stuff anymore. I heard there were layoffs in November, although it may have only been overseas folks. Anyone have any info?
The numbers are probably real. They just don’t reflect reality. There is a large population of folks who answer positively because they don’t want to deal with the fallout of bad scores, which is having it thrown back on you to fix.
