I will say that before the Reuters article came out, it was rumored that the interested PE was interested in taking the Crown name when purchasing Fiber and SC
Why would fiber stay Crown if TPG won?
If TPG won, then we stay Crown. Hence all the new reqs opening up. We just have a new Elliott pulling the strings…Prepare for another RE-org and boundary shift. RIF before EOY to avoid any further health benefits paid out and HSA plans filled for the New Year…

Correct no one knows anything. People have been saying a deal is done for like 6 months but no one knows for sure thats posting here. Why? Because this website isn't secure and your IP is traceable
So in reality , no one knows anything yet right ?
I have heard the deal is done numerous times , and different buyers mentioned .

It's coming...and it's on the buyers time...so Crown Leadership just waiting on them to present the path forward prior to the completion of the sale. It's why all levels above Managers are on high alert trying to look as valuable as possible in the new regime. Notice how they are on calls they never used to attend...not even in previous eoy goals...they know they are the ones on the chopping block on the next RIF. And to confirm that, they have opened reqs for more ICs to get shitz done. They are re-hiring select folks on future exit dates.
They actually look better by delaying. They don’t have to take a 10 billion loss on fiber if they don’t sell.
