The next people reduction will take place next late January or early February 2025. Cloud business teams will be impacted. All teams working with Azure, Google and AWS will be on the chopping block. Best be prepped for the worst. Be on the lookout for new roles.

Is this why they changed the comp for all cloud teams? It seems like a good way for NetApp to keep the commission before paying out
