Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Back to Corp South?

Hey all you corporate SFers out there. Do you know if IT is moving back to south if it’s in the office or just every day or like we have now come in once a week or a month or quarter preferably never. What I’m saying is is there gonna be a movearoooski?
also, are there gonna be muzzles put on all extroverts?

I don't think ET will be returning to office anytime soon, unless our new CEO makes a drastic change.
The VPs in our area did a remote employee event and said ET is "remote first". Even if you're in a hub, you should consider yourself "remote". They're shrinking office space and expecting ET folks to go in the main corporate office, which wouldn't have enough space

LOL!! They better hire 5k claim reps if they want to keep 1k. As soon as they see the job in action and learn what the office environment is like they gone.

LOL! CMs and SMs got the news last week they have to come back into the office every other week! Also, some areas are telling new leaders they have to come into the office for two weeks a month. The job market is shifting and layoffs have ramped up in corporate America but you won't hear much about it until it gets really bad. As soon as SF Execs think they have the upper hand again the BS will start back and you will be back in the office. Probably August when school starts back! We are loosing too many policies and are not going to hit our growth targets Get ready.... your EIP is going to be half of what it was last year! SF did a target posting for remote claim associates to hire them as claim specialists. They are trying to shore things up for the mass exodus that will happen with underwriting automation and bringing people back into the office hits. Baby Huey (Farney) is even more of a useless idi-t than Tipturd! Let the total SH-T SHOW continue!

The days of working from home are coming slowly to an end. Once peace is brought back, personal contact and personal business will come back. The change will be for the better.
