If you make a huge error a work you get fired. If a manager makes ahuge mistake you get laid off.

I wish that were true an Execution Coordinator approved a 7 million dollar road repair in the Delaware Basin field without any approval and the road is already deteriorating less than 6 months later. Accountability and common sense is all but eliminated with the current leadership in MCBU
