What the he-l is going on with this place?

I work in Maritime servicing customer support. We lost 3 layers of managers right up to what they call L3, all laid off and paid off involuntaries. Its madness and the customers are hurting.
I've had five in a year.
And no, the first two weren't laid off, they left on their own.
