H1 numbers will not meet WS expectations and as such you can expect CR’s usual “We’ll focus with laser accuracy our resources into growth areas” BS in mid-February. Almost 100% certain, I’d bet the farm on it.
No they will just use lack of an RTO to further hire people in cheaper areas and not backfill in expensive areas.
I can’t see a RTO (at least in the US), we’ve shed too much real estate.
And while an LR is always possible in Feb I see it more likely that the next one happens at the end of FY25, although anything is possible

All of the major tech companies are now back in the office, Amazon was just the last to commit...Cisco will play follow-the-leader
The 2025 scramble will be for managers to seek out WFH exemptions for all of their staff spread out all over the place; these will exist but will be rare
RTO is the lever to get old timers out the door...G2 and GS want a new workforce
