Intentional, planned disruption, along with massive, across the board change has worked so well that it should be tried at a much larger scale.

It is being tried at a larger scale, just not inside the company.
As soon as the company is sold, changes will be made on a much larger scale.
What got you here will get you no further.
Unfortunately, this principle applies to all of us, and it's a tough lesson to learn.
