LR announced? how many to be let go? when? which location? why?
In August. They said they were holding back $200M-$300M for a second round which means there won't be a need for a separate announcement.
Whenever they feel like it.

Because they still have far too many employees who don't have the brain power to grasp that Cisco has been having layoffs as often as quarterly for nearly 24 years. Microbes can't limbo under that bar.

They never say how many, unless it's as a percentage.
They also never say when except to say in this quarter, or spread over the next 2 quarters.
Also, they never say what country, much less what location.
Have they ever said why other than to shift their focus on strength or growth areas and cut unprofitable departments?
Cisco has been doing this for years and you don't already know the answers to those questions? Come on.
