Thread regarding W.B. Mason layoffs

Latest rumor

the mole is reporting that revenues are now on track to be below the $1 billion mark for fiscal year 2025. significant cost cuts will be coming.
also growing speculation that the unhinged one will be forced out due to behavioral issues.
this should come as no surprise to anyone as office supply business has been hemorrhaging for years and now furniture and janitorial are following suit due to post Covid conditions and significant numbers of people not returning to offices.

the end is near

The End is near?
Yea ok.
Although so many wish this - it's not reality.
Stems from how big of an an-s so many in ownership management are but at the end of the day they have a real business as of now. Will they get eaten. Maybe at one point.

Unfortunately nothing will happen. No selling. No ouster of you know who. Nothing. There's too much money involved. it's not necessary.

Behavioral issues, you say?
What took them so long to come to that conclusion? He was like that before the pandemic. I recall an incident in 2018 or 2019 when reps had to travel to Brockton to give some sort of presentation for some furniture contest. One of the reps was sitting outside the door of the conference room, waiting to do their presentation, while CM literally screamed at the top of his lungs for 30 minutes at somebody for some perceived infraction. It scared this rep so badly, they wanted to leave and not even participate in the contest! So unprofessional. I can't even keep count of the number of times I'd see him the last day of Foxwoods, stumbling around all red faced because he'd partaken a little too much of something the night before. CM is a trainwreck and helped hasten the day that company ran itself into the ground with the lies to customers, employees, themselves.
What a Sh*t Show.

If the rumors are true then it means they read this site. We all know they have people editing and making fake posts on glass door and this site too.

I hope they read this.

Hey Leo!! You’re a terrible CEO and what was once a great company, in a dying industry, your ego ran the company into the ground. I feel like 2015-2016 is when the Leo ego took over and took what could have been a $10 billion company into one that’s worth $200 million.
