Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Lack of transparency

We should know more about what's going on and what's coming without having to rely on rumors and whispers in the hallway. True leadership would keep their employees in the know whether things are going well or not. It's a pity that what we have at Intel is anything but true leadership. All we get is more confusion and silence when we need answers.

Directors has gone dark again... no changes in transparency, at least this is the way it is in information security atm.

What is it you think you need to know that you don’t already? What good would it do you know? Nobody knows who will have their job a year from now. Stop worrying about things out of your control and focus on what you can.

Leaders just collect their paycheck, they are not much better than anyone else. In fact, Intel leaders are the worst. They do not care how the company go or employees feel. If there are better opportunities, they will grab for themselves.

Everything communicated in confidence is leaked. Sorry, leadership is unable to trust you. Stop oversharing and earn that trust
