Get your skills up. Learn what's relevant today. ML/AI etc.

Nobody ever got hired for taking a Coursera class in ML/AI.

Get your skills up. Learn what's relevant today. ML/AI etc. if all you know is OSPF then don't expect many offers

tech is changing

headcount numbers are dropping everywhere, the COVID hiring/WFH phase is ending

I cannot think of a single tech company that is doing significant hiring right now

lots of people looking for work in tech will have no choice but to leave the industry

not sure why so many people think this is a matter of "grinding it out"

Hang in there . Keep applying and something will click and you will end up in a better position soon. Good luck don’t loose hope . Remember you got into Disco because someone saw potential in you .

  1. It generally takes several days after the vest date for shares to appear in your account.
  1. Any accelerated vest due to the LR will be distributed mid-December.

RSUs have not been deposited. Likely to happen after earnings call. BS!

LR in September ... actually relieved separation date is soon. This is not the same company I came to work for 16 years ago, sad. I get the feeling any LR/separation package will not be so generous in future layoffs.

Your annual RSUs vested 2 days ago. The termination day was just after that day? That is actually nice of Cisco. Chapeau.
