So sales support, specifically xbs sales support has just officially been segmented from the sales force. Is this the first step to getting rebadge over to HCL? What happens next?

There are a few in Southeast being hidden as sales support. Xerox is aware, There days are numbered.
Sales support positions are a joke, wasted salary. Get rid of them, keep those of us who actually produce.
Sales support is largely a fictionous term. Especially in XBS. It was a cover up and on paper you had a quota. You were forever lied too otherwise unfortunately
