Walmart has too many leadership positions at top level no body has any clue who's not even adding cent value to the Organization. But, often you see them posting doing this and that in linkedin. Too many Self proclaimed leaders whi are good for nothing.

It’s obvious, I failed.
Walmart is huge so its quite obvious to have too many leadership positions for hierarchy management. Some people managers/leaders agree dont add any value.
Same person posting the original thread and then commenting twice, like that’s supposed to make it more important. Just a bunch of junk.
Group Director Position i complete redudnant which is a total waste of money.
Some redundant top leaders they dont even have any clue what work is being done or executed under them. In order to stay relevant in the organization does Podcasts with other redundant leaders.
