what the heck just happened? No questions were answered! how are we supposed to determine our future here?! there is no way PepsiCo VPs dont know what will be happening to all Retail roles in 2025. They know, they just don't want to tell us. Because they know its wrong!

Obviously they know but they are not at liberty to disclose otherwise they can lose their jobs
They had to do a reorg since they couldn’t turn the business around. Everyone is just going through the reorg motions now. No new ideas. No new enablers other than to push people, lecture, pass the blame, and point fingers. Business as usual.
