Is it possible that we will just close? Is someone capable of buying us? I think it would be broken up into pieces iof it did close and let our customers just get another service provider. Can this really happen?

If Xerox shut down today, the world would be just fine. They offer nothing of value.
SB paying Carl with borrowed money is a sham. Carl probably drew up that plan himself. Bleeding everything out of Xerox was and is the plan. None of the ring leaders have to pay back the loans when this thing goes belly up. In the meantime, they'll pad their pockets and be long gone when the Big Top is closed. They should all go to jail for accelerating the demise of the company.
There are alternatives that are more likely. At this point, there is nothing to sell that anyone would buy. Take a look at the last balance sheet. Try to understand the reinvention strategy. Effective strategies are not hard to understand and anyone that cannot explain their plan does not really have one. SB paid Ichan to go away with money we didn't have. What does that tell you? I'm guessing SB will be gone shortly, along with any invisible strategy, and all of his toadies will be looking for work without any skills.
