They are not capable of thinking for themselves. History has proven that they will wait and see what other companies are doing, and then implement accordingly. God forbid they actually act on our leadership and employee engagement survey feedback. The answers are all there, but they choose to ignore it. In the meantime, Happy Veterans Day and don't forgot to get your butts working on Monday. It is not a holiday for Met. But Met hires and mentors Veterans. SMDH
