It has begun.
Any News already on which areas were impacted?
This company is a SH!@ SHOW. Anyone hear anything in Digital? 90% middle management who are absolutely clueless and incompetent executive VP's, really hoping they get wiped out, with about 2% of actual talent on these teams. Constantly having to explain common sense things to these people. The whole organization is an embarrassment. They've been hiding something, so seeing layoffs coming isn't surprising. 7 months and have not been able to get basic fundamentals to do our jobs.
Does anyone know if Gbs & ss will be affected?
Are US based devs at risk?
Crazy week coming up. Good Luck to all!
What regions will be impacted from 3rd Feb? Is it only about USA or EMEA as well?
Will any Frankfurt employees be impacted?
Layoffs start Monday, February 3rd. We will see how much damage is caused by this round of layoffs. Hopefully not too bad.
Layoffs to start February 3. Unsure of how widespread.
Large layoff indeed coming Feb 5 and it will include TechDev. Not sure about other groups.
I was informed by management that I will personally be part of a layoff first week of Feb
I’m new to the company- the massive layoffs mentioned are they focused in one sector or company wide?
Remaining senior accountants who didn’t jump ship who will be made redundant March 2025 are now being promoted to accounting manager. Those who accept this promotion will be laid off in 1 year, it’s just delaying the inevitable. And good luck managing the work of incompetent India Accenture staff.
Are development roles safe?
Another set of layoffs in the EMEA market from Poland and the USA. People from core business operations teams were let go.
Lots of offsite management meetings and mandatory "cleanup" day announced for end of month.
@9dt+1vnz2UUj In which department? Finance again?
Massive layoffs coming last week of January and 1st week of February.
Was told that some teams that were transferred to Genpact earlier this year that still supported FIS teams have been told they are being laid off next month. No word on their severance but rumors are they are only getting severance based on their time at Genpact. Hoping that's not true as that's cold!! Hoping that their employment was bridged from FIS
Any word on when all of FPA Finance will be let go? I am still one of the analysts that was not affected. Looking for a new job but can’t find anything
word on the street is that all of accounting / finance will be let go (the ones who haven't been already)
