Is February chatter or something real?
The end of peak means “Hunting Season” is on at UPS with layoffs, petty discipline and harassment.

Dec 2024 done . A lot of goodbye emails
Stay and make them offer you a package, but be lining something up in the background as well. Milk them for every last penny.

After Peak 2024 along about Jan. 20th, 2025, when all returns have gone back should be interesting.
I am in operations, I wish they would lay me off with a severance package
I thought they weren't done with 2024. But I haven't heard of any new layoffs since I was let go in the middle of September.
