So tired of seeing the same obnoxious posts, Is the company laying people off ?

People as somebody posted the company been doing YEARLY LAYOFFS for the PAST
20 years.
They are ALWAYS doing layoffs. Usually beginning of the year, Mid-year, then end of year. It's a tactic to avoid paying out severance and bonus (which are horrible anyways).
They been doing layoffs and outsourcing for over 20 years.
There are always layoffs, mid summer, then end of year and very beginning of year to avoid bonuses.
