It’s about bad management. If you are laid off, it’s not because you are worthless. It’s because the company sees you as a budget line that’s most convenient to be removed. Don’t let it affect you. There is life and work out there, and frankly, getting off the sinking ship may benefit every one of us. Always be good to yourself and people who need support. The rest will fall into its place.

No it’s a about you too. At least other companies will see it that way. Why hire people who destroyed one of the strongest American brands of all time? So the new company can be destroyed too?? It is about you. Intel has hired sh-t engineers for last 20 years from sh---y universities and fostered an false narrative and environment that they were the best in the industry. Well the jig is up!
