PM’s don’t make me laugh … same as CX waste of time and money and unfortunately for Cisco our customers know this having experienced real PM’s from other companies … proper sh-te
however I have yet to meet such a one.
Because they are secretaries making 150k to take notes, kiss a**to get promtions among other things and use power point. Lmao hahaha Cisco
It is not fair to categorize all project managers as secretaries, as it can be offending for secretaries.
Good project managers are a tremendous asset for any team. They mutliply the potential of individual members so that they always work on the right thing, at the right time, to maximize team output. They care care of visibilty, attending reporting meetings, and shield the team away from the noise.

Bluntly, they were called secretaries. It was a more accurate title and their pay was appropriate. A secretary making $150k+/yr plus bonuses and stock options? Huh?
Whenever they don't know what to do with someone, they are placed into some sort of PM title. Most have no specialized training. Basically just note taking clerks.
The cake has been baked since August, nothing to see here.
