People were canned, believe that much. Anyone thinking that the company chats, webex's, and team rooms are like the layoff.com or a facebook group where it's a free fir all are sadly mistaken. Big mouth narcissists, engineers who think their opinions actually matter at the ELT or that they even have any capacity to do much beyond coding badly - be vocal or hit that keyboard. Be ready to live with the outcome. Just because the last LR passed, that doesn't protect anyone. Identifying the next bottom 5% started at the end of September.
