At least we have Tech Days in CWA. Be thankful for what we get. The word from the field is the CCA AVP used money to go to London to see his Patriots instead of giving his teams budget for events.
Here in CWA, there is opportunity for consolidation of regions and an Operation.
about a year ago, I was in an non-recorded all hands with TC who happily told everyone that he was planning to reduce the USC regions from 42 to 20... to make way for verticalized regions. Well, the verticalization was attempted and failed, and there aren't 20 verticals they could have specialized anyway. That means, theyre cutting the amt of regions in half. you do the math!
