A mass email went out to the South Division about changes coming and of course everything is in terms that are impossible to understand , I am in sales and very nervous about my position being in jeopardy
Moving jobs to hubs has been counter productive. It takes ages to get anything done. The dirty politics has increased multifolds in the company with hubs. HR and leadership must be blind to not see this
Expect additional closures and reorganizations that include layoffs in the first quarter of 2025. Jobs will continue to be moved to hubs where salaries and benefits save the company money.
Not many left in IT to cut 🤷♂️. What do they do then, start cutting in India....?
More jobs will move to India and Mexico

First wave is done at the end of November. Just get out f you are not a favorite or a diversity candidate. Word to the wise.
The restructure is through February of 2025, so I'm guessing there are waves. Let's also not overlook those that are being converted to contractors and losing their severance all together.
