If you want to clean up supply chain, get rid of PG and KB. Dead weight pretending to have knowledge or insight they obviously lack. Inflated ego is like having dust in the eyes, and PG and KB are most blind.

The only things I have heard recently were from PG SC town hall when he mentioned some of the maintenance needed to buildings and also briefly mentioned exploring the sale of some properties. Nothings specific though, so just comments left to interpretation. Typical vagueness from leadership

The OTIF results in Q3 is not sustainable due to low demand and factory under utilisation. With further controls on inventory and air freight, just wait and see how the OTIF will fall back.
