@iukh That’s exactly the way 5 of the 6 union reps at De Soto car shop are.
I am not saying this happens all the time, but I have seen a few union reps (not full time union employees) get some really sweet assignments. Mon - Fri bankers hours, if you even see them show up to work at all. And then at investigations or grievances management gets away w/ mu---r. One guy was a full time real estate agent, eventually everyone learned to NEVER call on that guy, if you reported a manager or a contract violation, you inadvertently just put a target on your back and he'd help management bury you.
Any thoughts on this union reps? Are the trying to sc--w us or make us best paid in class?
Bend over and grab your toes, here comes the wienering of a lifetime!!!
Let's all go BLET and drop SMART TD.
They su-k and are sell outs
Jim just thinks he can undercut the unions and sc--w us over, and he’s right! I haven’t heard a peep from my union in five years and the carrier is pushing all kinds of boundaries. The ibew is bought off and id trade them for another union in a heartbeat!
Does that mean we get to strike on a local level?
