Do I need to ask my direct manager?

I got no Rewards Review as of today, and I certainly didn't get a conversation.
So, I guess that means:
RSU: $0
Raise: $0
Grade: 13
But my IPF was about 1.2
OP - I'm guessing posting here made no difference so intelligence would say ask your manager. Stock at a g6 isn't happening though and shouldn't. That's an entry level grade so they look for you to prove yourself first and not 6 months. That's proof of nothing other than we are still spending money to train or bring someone up to speed.
Talk to them but no notification means no award and your direct manager, like mine, is a spineless bas ta-d for not having an honest conversation upfront.
It’s all part of the scheme to not give away money.
RSU's are typically for higher grades, so Grade 10 and above. It's possible to get RSU's as a Grade 8, but it's rare. I got a small merit bump this year, but last year I got RSU's and no merit increase. The year before that, I got about the same merit bump as I got this year.
G6 RTP | Haven't received any salary or RSU increase notification
As you have probably seen, in the Bay Area RSUs are given out to Grade 10+ see https://www.thelayoff.com/p/@9oeo+1v7Arxmn
So, RTP is giving out RSU's to Grade 6 as well???
wait the minute, didnt RTP close back in 2018?
Cisco has postponed this until next week after Donnie is elected!
Some managers will send out notifications next week...
Talk with him. Someone’s g6 get less to no Rsu - did you not get anything this year ? How long in g6 ?
That's a lie- either you get something or not, cisco managers are required to have year end reward conversation with their reports. It's mentioned in CEC
