I hope you find better jobs soon. I’m secretly hoping to be laid off this round as well. I’ve been scared to leave on my own, to be completely honest. Existential concerns can be paralyzing. But I’ve been wanting to leave for a while now, and I’m fully aware that there are other, and in many cases better, opportunities out there. Kick in the behind would be a great way to make me finally move on.

I felt the same, but it took an entire decade for me to finally get impacted. I still don't know if it was a waste of time or if the Golden Ticket is finally worth it.
