Argentina for sure, perhaps Venezuela, and of Hess goes through all of Bakken, remaining Canadian assets north east.
Asia, cash cows being marketed, already happening and more to come. Sadly, countries making tons of losses are called strategic and held in importance. If a problem country was not re-entered into, Asian would not be in this (sounds like) "sheep".
They need more lubricants in California for all of the dry holes that need to be bent over and drilled until they are fully reamed out.
Asia refinery assets
California, Venezuela, Angola
Hess GOM assets after Chevron gets them
MW will make the company US only if it will raise the share price.
Why would we need these foreign assets, sell them for cash.
Africa and Latin America are up next.
