I haven’t noticed them being any nicer. On the contrary! I’ve just come to realize that they need us more than we need this lousy job so the games don’t work on me any more.
Have you ever heard of a manager being disciplined?? For talking down to employees?? They hate the company already for their schedules being hectic too many hours not enough time at home!! Well too bad lazy managers you get what you guys and gals deserve!!!

Ok so what will they do when they get employees fired for rules violations. What will they do when employees start leaving on their own? Oh wait a minute, that's already happening. Many locations don't have enough people as it is, and many of those people at those locations are sick of the sh1t. So I say bring it on! The company is only hurting themselves at this point. The quicker the UP sc--ws up, the better!
Wheels are in the bushes and they are to cite, and charge for rule violations they feel will fit and make stick in a investigation
