Agreed, Argentina has great potential, but their government and fiscal structure leaves much to be desired, you have to smuggle those pesky USDs out of the country. We also missed the boat on the Neuquen Basin acreage, but hey we can “partner” with YPF and “share” knowledge.
Argentina has more potential than Canada. The oil sands cost too much to produce.
