I just left Bpx and I gotta tell you! That place is garbage. You'll regret your choice to go there. The culture is toxic. The business decisions are trash and the opportunity for career growth is non existent.
We have it pretty good here at OXY relatively speaking.

My buddy works at Starbucks they only recommend 5 days a week they don’t force anyone to go in 5 days a week. Big difference
Does BPX have a hybrid schedule? Soon that will go away at Oxy. Look at Starbucks and many other companies that require 5 days a week. Get it through your dense heads. They don’t care about work life balance and neither should you. It’s all about money.
