I did not love working for Schwab but I do believe you should keep that positive attitude and if nothing else, when things go poorly take advantage of the lessons and what network you can develop. Good luck!
Last time I felt that way was when I was still working for TD Ameritrade.
Enjoy the Kool Aid! Thankfully you will have the entire month of November to do nothing because of insane change freezes. Then, in the first two weeks of December, you will enjoy answering questions from project, product, and leadership about why Q4 goals are falling behind. Fun!
