Let's be real here. PepsiCo has been mismanaged and employees have been mistreated for years. I don't know a single person who left - be it on their own or laid off - who hasn't landed in a better position within a few months of leaving. I'm certain the same will happen with the ones who were just let go. The rest of us who are stuck here are the ones everybody should be feeling sorry for.

Let's be really real. Since PepsiCo took over, it's been a slow death of the company. Now, they are in full throttle mode of speeding up the process to see where the chips land. They will take care of the chosen few and let the rest fall where they may with the company's measly severance.
Mismanagement and corporate greed with corruption. no focus on real growth but fudging it by layoffs and offshoring. real value of people doing the work to grow was not foremost. people are seen as expense. tonnes of wasted funds etc. We need 3 Guys to come and run this company putting end to the wastage.
Yet queen athena and her fake AI projects which dont exist are now an experiment which will sink the company or what is left.
the best have left.
Cocacola will be having the last laugh.
I certainly feel like I've been paroled.
