Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Censorship

Last week, someone commented on the open corporate X Transformation board ( and I am paraphrasing) that SB was disingenuous for calling cutting employees, shipping jobs to India, stock buy backs, and not fully funding the US pension plan a Transformation. The post got many similar comments and a couple hundred "likes". As you would imagine, HR closed the post after two days. Sounds familiar.....say what you want to say as long as you agree with me BUT if you don't, you'll be censored.

Shortly after the coup in 2018 while the company was working through a health insurance costs for the following year, a needed pension contribution, and union negotiations with Rochester, one of the executive henchmen told someone in HR that every dollar spent on employee pay, health and retirement was a dollar directly taken out of the owner's (largest shareholder) pocket.

I agree with the mean spirited comment. Xerox is a place where careers go to die.

Xerox is a mean spirited company today The employee as our “greatest asset” is long gone in the eyes of today’s management.

/Not my post, I’ve snitched it from another forum here/

HR can only flag posts that are illegal or breach the platform's rules, and only if that turns out to be true, the post gets pulled by site mods/site owners.

To ensure your post remains intact, make sure it complies with the platform’s rules:
avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and naming non-executive individuals.
When critiquing management, center your feedback on their performance rather than their appearance or personality.
And that’s how any of us can write a hush truth that doesn’t get taken down from social media.

Of course. He is a coward, not a leader. HR works for the company not the employees.
