I am struggling to find it in me , to engage knowing it may had been for nothing.

Take your heads out your &rses, you’re in a sales organisation whether they admit it or not … no one and I mean one no one cares about anyone but themselves … dress it up how you like … it’s healthy

We always blame the ELT, but wasn’t it really the FLM who put the name on the list while keeping their inner circle, the ones who kiss up and play along? They protected their own and threw you under the bus to save themselves.

It really is a challenge. But sitting around pondering your fate when it's out of your control is futile. Stay focused, stay positive because that is the professional you are!
Even if you are impacted, walk out with your head held high, focus on you, your family and find a job where you will be happy, valued and where you don't have an axe hanging over your head twice a year.
