Wondering if anyone has any insider knowledge or early info about the “massive” reorg coming up in CN, Collab and Security? How about leads on the timing of the announcement(s)?

Hilarious thread. No one replying on this thread has any clue about the org structure, that was the original question - yet they are busy only throwing complaints. Bunch of cry babies, who are always busy pointing fingers to others. Leave Cisco and go elsewhere if you have so much problems
G2’s Product org will look like a typical Patel family corner store - everything on sale and nothing is what it seems.
The fact that he was asking for ideas on how it should look from everyone in the company is a huge red flag. It’s clear that he has no idea about the org structure.
Didn’t he say it would be out by now? Does that bring his self-grade down to “D+/C“?
Just another good talker snake oil salesman that at one point was begging employees to stay.
This place is done. g2 is just another useless sc-mball without one ounce of an ability to run an organization or company. Sort of like chucky boy and fran. What g2 does is motivate the elt to move more over to the dump countries and their less than stellar technical teams. Every year "it can't get any worse" and yet it does. It's truly astounding we can find these mo--ns that can help destroy what was a great company, and be able to do it in a few short years. That's almost as fast as it took xiden and cackles to destroy the country. If you see any of the ELT in politics - move.
why kind of micro-brain actually thinks stuff like this has any bearing on their lives, careers, the world?
If they wanted to do something they should have done it by now , he’s been at the helm for long enough for someone at his level. I can see people starting on customer features so re-orgs now will impact customer sentiment.
Product team is sorta growing again on the security side. They are opening up vacancies to hire for that team.
No significant org changes are coming.
Orgs are done to shuffle people and be thrown off the train. Easier than a formal LR and severance.
a train wreck with conductors running the train off the tracks at every turn
