S&T Layoff next?

Obviously we know Athina doesn’t address her workforce whatsoever. But any rumors on S&T layoffs before EOY?

Athina's management of S&T reflects a top-down leadership style. She has established a structure where decisions are made primarily at the top, and this approach tends to concentrate authority and control. While having a clear vision can be beneficial, it’s important to consider the implications of not empowering team members or encouraging open dialogue.

For example, the fact that she hasn’t made significant changes to her organization, except during the IT merger, suggests a reluctance to adapt or evolve based on feedback from her team. Additionally, the rapid promotion of individuals like G-yatri—despite their qualifications—raises questions about meritocracy and the development of talent within her team.

Leadership should ideally foster an environment where diverse ideas are welcomed, and team members feel safe to voice their opinions. When leaders avoid challenges or dissent, it can stifle innovation and create a culture of fear. It’s crucial for leaders at any level to encourage collaboration and be open to constructive criticism. Ultimately, the effectiveness of leadership is measured not just by decisions made, but by how well those decisions enable others to thrive and contribute to the organization's success.

two years ive been tasked with that bullsh-t, in exchange they promise technology and automation to make your job easier, but in reality they force you to self fund your tech or coax the markets to chip in, they dont deliver, and still ask for heads despite their ineptitude to help you digitize, and in the end you have to cut a leg because queen athina has no quench and your services become sh-t.

That hub bullsh-t has been going on for a year, they have no clue what they're doing.

S&T had its layoff cycles in march and august.

Right now they are setting the "in hub productivity" which will translate into headcount reduction.

They need to get rid of the so-called "trainers". Worthless.

They’ll look at the quarterly trend revenue number and determine if the trigger needs to be pulled.
