Took package Sept 30, qualified rule of 75. Should have got 1 year stock acceleration but all non-vested RSUs were cancelled in Etrade. Working with Intel to resolve the issue. Anyone else have this issue?
On the plus side, they did inform me that the grant last December would be paid out in cash in Dec, I had totally written off that one, but I'll take it.

The company is robbing money, last Dec. it granted the stock with $40, and now it will pay that with cash counted with $20 per stock.

Yes vested all RSUs to 9/30/25
I kept track of everything and verified I got my full year of vesting.
It took my friend 2-3 months to get hers. I left last year rule of 60 and I swear I had all 4 years worth within 30 days.

Wondered about that but was just going to let it go until you mentioned it. The rest of my stocks from 2024 vested, but the stocks for 2025 just disappeared. Thought it was a grammar issue in that “one year” really meant “this year” and that I mis-understood. Did Intel vest your stocks due in 2025?
In any case, it's possible that your RSUs will no longer be worth anything tomorrow.
I had same thing happen and still working on resolution. And for the mo--ns with the "DURRR NON VESTED RSUs ARE VOID HURRRR" - for Retirement eligible, you get 1 year of accelerated RSUs that vest when you leave...
Canceled when we volunteered to leave. They are gone.
Non vested RSUs are forever gone upon leaving.
Damn straight non-vested are void.

Did you look at the RSUs that vested. Look at the grant dates and expand. You should see a bunch of shares received oct 1
I have the same issue. I believe the non- vested RSUs are canceled upon leaving.
