Seems NEOM is trying to poach some of us but from the reviews and other staff opinions, it’s worse than Aramco? What say you all?
Do we have souls left to sell or do we sink with this ship?

No greener grass. Use your remaining time well, focus upon health and family, eliminate all debt, save as much as you possibly can and update your job qualifications.
There's no way I'd go there. I'm a single person, and there is no amount of money that could convince me to jump on that sinking ship.
It is funny, because NEOM is trying to replace contractors with employees to save money, while Aramco is trying to replace employees with contractors for the same reason. Your days are numbers at either organization so I guess it doesn't matter. All else equal, go for the biggest $$$.
That said, I wouldn't move for a small pay bump (say 10%) unless your current department is truly awful and you are ready to leave anyway. Sadly that seems to be more and more the case these days at Aramco. You know its bad when working for NEOM is a sideways move quality of life wise for many because Aramco has gotten so toxic.
NEOM is worse. Longer working days, more backstabbing, and more stress over a project doomed to never get off the ground. With NEOM, you are building false hope and a future ghost town. With Aramco, at least there a strong foundation built by Americans. If you are on family status, stay where you are. If you are single status, follow the biggest and longest payday.
You all are 'g-ns for hire', are you not? That's why you signed on in the first place. You are there to bank cash because eventually you will be cast off, discarded...follow the money and try not to d-e in the process. MO.
