With all the negativity floating around, I can’t help but wonder if anyone at Crown is still enjoying their job. I understand that layoffs are a constant worry these days, that's simply how it is at most companies. But what about job satisfaction? Is there anyone out there who genuinely feels good about what they do anymore?

I’m happy we have work and looks like more work coming. But until the fiber review is complete I will continue to look for a new job.
I still enjoy my job. Good benefits, good salary.
With the staff cuts, our department can't get as much done as before, but at least my management understands what's limiting us.
Rumor is that right after Fiber gets sold they will then move on to selling Tower to American Tower.
If anyone still enjoys their job, Cathy will make sure that comes to an end
Morale is in the tank
Doing the job of everyone in my team that has been laid off is neigh impossible
I think in general it’s discouraging what gets posted here. Makes me sad to see folks constantly personally attack people, and makes me even more sad thinking about working with someone who would anonymously do that.
In general the culture won’t recover until we see progress, and feel momentum shift. That won’t happen till we have clarity in direction. The old days won’t come back that was a period of hyper growth & favorable markets. But hopefully we return to a new normal and find traction. I also hope we can weed out all the bitter folks that can’t let the past go, because without that I’m not sure we can ever rebuild culture.
Here’s to finding out what’s next soon, and moving on. Stop holding on to the past and grow up.
Morale is very low. I try not think about getting laid off but I am prepared for it if I am let go. So for me I do the best I can and do what is required of me. Do I enjoy work, not really. There is far too many clicks in the office doing shady things and I don’t drink purple kool Aid so I am the black sheep. Do I trust leadership? That would be a He-l No!! It’s every man for himself these days.
Yeah it looks like majority of field work will be outsourced so you never know when they pull the plug on your position.
No. Not at all. I work in department that will generally be safe either way but folks are still on pins and needles. People are coming in, doing what’s required, and going home.
