West bound Z out of North Platte last night. Out bound crew gets called and asked if they are ready to leave. " No" waiting on carmen. Yardmaster informs them carmen are done. Crew replies they got on train as soon as it stopped and was never blue flagged for carmen. Yardmaster says carmen are done and to work with ttd to pull.
New standard or just taking the blue flag out of a task that has been done this way for months.

Guy's isn't it amazing how it's always Jim Beam bottles in the trash, the yard, the hump, anywhere you go on the yard you find liq-or wherever the manager's park.
