Are we ever going to see a time when layoffs aren’t constantly looming over us? It feels like job security has vanished into thin air. We've already had multiple rounds of layoffs this year, and there’s talk of more cuts coming. Is anyone else feeling like stability is slipping away entirely?

I love it as we lay off, close buildings and warehouses, reorg, lose market share all with inept leadership that we give the guy cr-p who calls out the real issue of Dems ki-ling the economy! Our employees are as d-mb as leadership is.

In my decades with this company, the only time we weren't constantly outrunning layoffs was when we were spun off to PBG.
I don't know how long you've been there but layoffs are a constant at that shithole company. If you're looking for job security, go somewhere else.
