Many employees still have trauma from working at this place. Some examples:

2/ Avoid honest conversations. Leave employee in the dark. Manipulated and distorted KO feedback.
3/ Hide Behind HR and say it’s out of their control.
4/ Blindside reports with PIP
5/ State that it’s just business
6/ Reading off a script? 👎
7/ No words of appreciation.
8/ NO Support on next steps. Send them links and an exit survey. Don’t answer emails.
When managers don’t treat employee with dignity, they don’t deserve to lead.
