Does anyone know how many (in percent or numbers) they chopped in the last round this November in the UK? Hearing they'll let go another 7-8% in Feb to April cycle post consultation. If this is true then who'll be left to do any work? Or let me guess, there is no work to be done at the UK market because of the sustained loss in business and an impotent upper management. But if CP's posts in LinkedIn are anything to go by, then he is a rockstar sitting on top of a rocket.
Lies. Will they chop? It's cisco so no guessing there. Are they asking for names? No. Are they saying be sure you have people as not meeting expectations in reviews? Stupidly, yes and it's being micromanaged to boot by the elt. After the last debacle no one believes them as far as not coming back for names. I guess they could split hairs and "AI" people literally out of jobs, 15 lines of script and a not meeting expectations, call it an AI decision not the elt's, so it's not their fault and call it a day.

I thought that SEs are now valuable at Cisco so SEs will not be touched?
