Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Steven William Townhall Meeting

That was about as serious as it gets. In other words that was a corporate “coming to Jesus” talk. Except major changes in Q1 of 2025.

We’re not meeting our W4 financial numbers for sure!

After several decades, I took the VRP. There IS life after Pepsi, and I'm happy again. Deep down happy. I don't understand why I was so afraid to leave for so long. To those that are offered a fair package: you will come to thank them for it.

Leadership leaving is already happening. Jarrett Joeckel (Finance VP) announced he's leaving on 12/31.

Jesus left Pepsico a long time ago. He was laid off around Christmas, don't worry about him he is doing great now, he found a new job by Easter.

Expect layoffs in Feb. Also, expect some leadership to leave. Can’t have to of a position after this consolidation.

Was it made any clearer about the changes that are happening? I’m presuming there will be layoffs coming but what these changes will actually look like in the new “operating model” is still a mystery to me!
