Crazy how 50 used to be the age where age discrimination started. Then it was 40. Now it's 35? Companies taking that mythical "3-5 years of experience" as a hard range now? As in, less than 3 we don't want you, more than 5 we don't want you.
If you are over 35, IBM wants you OUT. Update your rezzes, folks, and don't worry bout that stupid sh-t your dum--ss manager assigned you. Start slackin', cuz Arvind's bout to start whackin'.
I know many newer sales people let go in the past few years. Most have gone on to great jobs elsewhere. IBM trains them for the benefits of others.

I can confirm 2 US colleagues (contractors) were let to.
