After 15 years and multiple positions. Being told one day I am one of the most productive on the team and the NEXT DAY, layed off. No morals.

IMHO the problem is not the layoffs per se, but the layoffs that make no sense. I've seen great people being let go and incredible stupid ones being promoted and exalted by their managers.
It's a sh-t show now, there's no other way to put it and the ones that stay are the ones that wouldn't be able to find another job anywhere else in the world; at this point I think that's what "the leaders" want, just keep the d-mb people that we can handle, they will be like cattle that just follows and do whatever we tell them to do!
Good luck to you OP, you'll find out that they did you a favor eventually when you land your next job.
JG, nuttin but love to you man. Hope ur future is basking with success after this B.S. Stay true to yourself and espero que todo goes your way. Fo sho you shall always win in life, saludos amigo. Go kick some corporate a-s, carnal!!
All the best to you JG. You'll thrive in another place, as you did here before they cut your wings. F'em, you deserve better anyway
Give them a performance review in return … oh wait … their sinking ship of a company has done that automatically.
Be glad you’re done with that cesspool. Move on to a more productive environment void of Indian leaders and their culture of in---t and degrading of women that somehow the left leaning Nielsen and MAWW management team somehow embrace.
I have been doing nothing for last 8 months now, literally just game and chill all day and collect my check. Everyone US based will get cut early next year is what I have been hearing.
We all went years without raises and then they finally gave them when they knew people were being cut. That wasn’t accidental
Heartless soul su-king company. They deserve everything they get
“It’s not about your performance …”
It is what it is.
There is life outside, enjoy xmas or the year end break and move on.
Rather than stress, enjoy Christmas (or the Holiday season if you don't do Christmas)!!!! 15 years will give you a little padding....don't let this layoff ruin December for you!
Start the new search soon, but don't ki-l yourself over it until the new year...good luck!
