ML, who has been CRO for 3 companies over the last 4 years knows the game. Negotiate entrapement.
So when she was directed to resign in October, she refused. She is leveraging her board seat to negotiate an equity stake and was, last update, negotiating on behalf of her 3-4 buddies that she hired to lead regions.
It would appear that she is surviving on the vapor of the negotiation game. Anticipate the announcement very soon (yet i worry that posting this may delay it even more as they can't stand when we are accurate. Just like how we were spot on about ST)
